NBA Superstars Coach Vegas Kids
The NBA Summer League, presented by EA SPORTS, will teach Vegas kids their basketball tricks.
The on-day clinic gathers 60 to 75 invited boys and girls from various Vegas community groups and bring them to the COX Pavilion and Thomas & Mack where they will watch a Knicks vs. Pistons game before receiving coaching from former NBA Player Jerome Williams; Ennis Wesley, head coach at Chaparral HS; and other coaches from Triple Threat Basketball. Triple Threat is a nonprofit group that encourages young athletes to reach for the rim in sports and education.
The twenty-one member NBA Summer League includes the 2009 NBA Champion Los Angeles Lakers. The league, presented by EA SPORTS, announced a 55-game schedule. A team of NBA Development League Select players will also participate in the action taking place at the Thomas & Mack Center and the COX Pavilion on the campus of the University of Nevada Las Vegas through July 19.

Tickets can be purchased by calling 702-739-FANS, online, or at Thomas and Mack Box Office. All general admission tickets are $25 for the day (4-6 games). Seniors and children (3-12) are $15 for the day and children two years & under are admitted free of charge.
